Hero
The rotating images behind the headline on the shop's front page. They change every 5 seconds and customers can swipe between them on a phone. Leave this empty and the site keeps its built-in stock images — it never shows a blank hero.
What works here
- Landscape, at least 2000px wide. 2400 × 1350 is ideal.
- Keep the subject centred. On a phone the image crops hard to the sides — anything near the left or right edge is cut off.
- JPEG or PNG, under 5 MB each. They are resized and compressed automatically on upload.
- No text in the picture — the headline sits on top of it.
- They are darkened and slightly desaturated so white text stays readable, so a bright busy shot still works.
- Up to 6. Two or three strong ones beat six weak ones.
